- Terms of ServiceThese Terms govern your use of striq, an AI chat subscription service. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. This document is a structural draft and has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer; it should not be relied on as a final legal agreement until that review is complete.
- Privacy PolicyThis Privacy Policy explains what data striq collects, why, and how you can control it. It is written to be broadly consistent with GDPR/UK GDPR-style data protection principles, but has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer and does not yet name a specific controlling entity or jurisdiction.
- Acceptable Use PolicyThis policy describes uses of striq that are prohibited. It applies to all account tiers and to content submitted through chat, tools, and image generation.
- Refund & Billing PolicyThis policy explains how subscription billing, cancellation, and refunds work for Pro and Ultra plans. It supplements the Terms of Service.
- Cookie Policystriq uses a small number of cookies, all of which are essential to operating the service. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
