These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and the Striq VPN service ("Striq", "Service", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service — whether through the Telegram bot @StriqVpnBot, the striq.cc website, the SafeTun mobile application, or any other client application — you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accept these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the Service.
1. Description of the Service
Striq provides an encrypted private network connection (VPN). Access is delivered via personal connection keys tied to a subscription. These keys allow your applications to route traffic through Striq VPN servers located in various regions.
The Service is accessible through the Telegram bot @StriqVpnBot, the website striq.cc, and the SafeTun mobile application available on the Apple App Store. All platforms provide access to the same underlying VPN infrastructure.
The Service is intended to protect the privacy and security of your internet traffic. The Service is not designed or intended for circumventing state-imposed censorship or accessing legally blocked resources in your jurisdiction.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service.
By using the Service you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and to consent to the processing of data as described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Account and connection keys
Your subscription is identified by a randomly generated UUID and a short token used in your import link. These credentials are personal and non-transferable.
You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your connection keys and for all activity that occurs under your subscription. You must not publish, resell, sublicense, share, or otherwise transfer your keys to any third party.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your keys, you must immediately reset them through the bot or contact support@striq.cc. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your keys that is not directly caused by our gross negligence.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Plans are prepaid for a fixed term (one, three, or twelve months). The per-month figures shown in the pricing interface are provided solely for comparison and do not represent a monthly billing cycle unless you explicitly activate auto-renewal.
Access begins once payment is confirmed and ends when the term expires. If you activate the auto-renewal feature (recurring payments) via the Sistema Bystrykh Platezhey (SBP), the Service will automatically charge your account at the end of the term to maintain uninterrupted access. If auto-renewal is not active, you must manually purchase a new term.
Each plan specifies a data transfer allowance and may impose a limit on the number of simultaneously connected devices. You must not exceed these limits.
Prices may change for future terms at any time without prior notice. The price of your current active term remains fixed for its duration.
5. Payment processing
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. The specific payment methods, processors, and available payment channels may change at any time at our sole discretion, depending on availability, regulatory requirements, and operational considerations.
We currently accept payments via bank transfer (SBP), Telegram Stars, and other methods that may become available. Card numbers, bank credentials, and other sensitive financial data are entered directly with and held exclusively by the payment processor. Such data never reaches Striq systems.
By making a payment, you acknowledge that the payment provider's own terms and privacy policies apply to the transaction processing.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by the separate Refund & Billing Policy published on this website, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
7. Acceptable use
Your use of the Service is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy published on this website, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Any violation of the Acceptable Use Policy constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
8. Plan limits and traffic management
If you exceed your data allowance or device limit, the Service may throttle your connection speed, temporarily suspend your access, or restrict connectivity until the next billing period or until additional data is purchased.
We reserve the right to implement reasonable traffic management measures to ensure network stability and fair usage for all users.
9. Intellectual property
All rights, title and interest in the Service, including but not limited to the software, website, branding, design, documentation, and all related intellectual property, are and remain the exclusive property of Striq. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service solely for its intended purpose and in accordance with these Terms. This license terminates automatically upon termination of your subscription or breach of these Terms.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice and without liability, for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy; non-payment or fraudulent payment activity; actions that threaten the stability, security, or integrity of the network; actions that expose us to legal liability; or at our sole discretion where we determine continued access is not in the interest of the Service or its users.
No refund, credit, or compensation of any kind is provided for a suspension or termination caused by your breach of these Terms or any associated policy.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Cessation of use does not entitle you to a refund for any unexpired portion of your subscription term.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED STRICTLY ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, TITLE, OR QUIET ENJOYMENT.
We do not warrant that: (a) the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free, or secure; (b) any particular connection speed, throughput, or level of availability will be achieved; (c) any specific website, service, or resource will be reachable through the Service; (d) defects will be corrected; or (e) the Service will meet your specific requirements.
You use the Service entirely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability of the Service for your needs and for any consequences of your use.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL STRIQ, ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, USE, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE), EVEN IF STRIQ HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF STRIQ FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO STRIQ FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You acknowledge and agree that this limitation of liability is a fundamental element of the bargain between you and Striq, and the Service would not be provided to you without it.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Striq, its operators, affiliates, and contractors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: your use of the Service; your breach of these Terms; your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or any content or data transmitted through your connection.
14. No warranty of anonymity
The Service reduces the exposure of information about you to the networks and sites you access. However, no technology can guarantee complete anonymity, and the Service is not represented as providing absolute anonymity, invisibility, or immunity from legal process.
15. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party infrastructure, including hosting providers, transit networks, payment processors, and the Telegram platform. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of any third-party service.
Your use of the SafeTun mobile application is also subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and any applicable App Store policies.
16. Modifications to the Service and Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you.
These Terms may be updated at any time. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the date indicated above. Your continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. All remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
18. Waiver
The failure of Striq to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be effective only if in writing.
19. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Refund & Billing Policy, Cookie Policy, and any other documents expressly referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Striq with respect to the Service, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and agreements, whether oral or written.
