Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: draft, pending legal review
This policy describes uses of striq that are prohibited. It applies to all account tiers and to content submitted through chat, tools, and image generation.
1. Illegal and harmful content
Do not use the service to generate, request, or distribute content that is illegal in your jurisdiction, including content that sexually exploits minors, facilitates violence or terrorism, or infringes on someone else's intellectual property or privacy.
2. Abuse, harassment, and deception
Do not use the service to harass, threaten, or defame any person, or to generate content impersonating a real individual or organization in a way intended to deceive.
Do not use generated images or text to create non-consensual intimate imagery or misleading media about real people.
3. Security and abuse of the platform
Do not attempt to bypass usage quotas, rate limits, or authentication, probe the service for vulnerabilities without authorization, or use automated scripts to place a sustained load on the service beyond normal interactive use.
Do not use the service to generate malware, exploits, or other tooling intended to gain unauthorized access to systems you do not own or have permission to test.
Do not resell or provide bulk API-style access to the service to third parties without a separate written agreement.
4. Enforcement
Violations may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or termination of your account, depending on severity. We use automated detection to flag suspicious activity for human review — flags do not automatically restrict an account.
We may report content to relevant authorities where we are legally required to do so, or where we believe there is a genuine risk of serious harm.
