Striq VPN is a shared network resource. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the boundaries of permitted use to keep the Service fast, stable, and free of abuse for all users. This document forms an integral part of the Terms of Service. Any violation of this AUP constitutes a material breach of the Terms.
1. Prohibited activities
You must not use the connection to violate any law, regulation, or legal obligation applicable to you in any relevant jurisdiction.
You must not attack, probe, scan, or attempt to overload other networks, hosts, or services, or participate in denial-of-service activity of any kind.
You must not send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or operate services that generate or facilitate such messaging.
You must not distribute malware, operate command-and-control infrastructure, or engage in fraud, phishing, credential theft, or social engineering attacks.
You must not use the connection for large-scale infringement of intellectual property rights.
You must not use the connection in any manner that exploits, harms, or endangers minors.
You must not resell, sublicense, share, or redistribute your access credentials, or use your keys on more devices than your plan permits.
You must not attempt to circumvent your data allowance, device limit, or any other plan restriction by technical or other means.
You must not run publicly accessible services, open relays, proxy servers, or exit nodes for other networks through the connection.
You must not use the connection to circumvent state-imposed censorship or to access resources that are legally blocked in your jurisdiction. The Service is provided strictly as a secure tunnel for privacy protection and fast internet access.
You must not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or internal workings of any Striq software, infrastructure, or protocols.
You must not probe, test, or attempt to compromise the security of Striq infrastructure, servers, or systems.
2. Network protection measures
To maintain Service stability and quality, we may at our sole discretion: rate-limit or throttle traffic; block ports commonly associated with abuse; temporarily suspend connections exhibiting anomalous behavior; and take any other reasonable measures to protect the network and its users.
These measures are applied at the network level and do not involve inspection of your traffic content.
3. Abuse reports and enforcement
Abuse reports regarding Striq servers are investigated and acted upon.
Because the Service does not maintain activity logs, enforcement is based on the complaint itself, aggregate server metrics, and short-lived recent-connection metadata — not on a record of your browsing history or traffic content.
We cooperate with valid legal process issued by courts of competent jurisdiction. Cooperation is limited to the data actually available, as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Consequences of violation
Depending on the severity and nature of the violation, we may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice: issue a warning; throttle or temporarily suspend your connection; permanently terminate your subscription; or take any other action we deem appropriate.
No refund, credit, or compensation of any kind is provided when a subscription is terminated for breach of this AUP.
We reserve the right to report illegal activity to the relevant law enforcement authorities.
